(RightWing.org) – For those old enough to remember, life in America changed forever at 9:03 a.m. on September 11, 2001, when Al Qaeda terrorists hijacked United Airlines Flight 175 and American Airlines Flight 11 and flew them into World Trade Center (WTC) 1 and 2 in midtown Manhattan, New York City. Now, some experts are sounding the alarm, believing that there are cells spread around the country ready to do something that might be even more devastating than that day.

The news site Daily Mail exclusively spoke with two counter-terrorism experts who believe that another attack on American soil is a near certainty for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the most telling is the recent arrest of eight men from Tajikistan (an Asian nation to the north of Afghanistan) who are believed to have ties to ISIS — the group former President Barack Obama gloated over being the JV (junior varsity) in the world of terrorism — in New York, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles, according to an article first published by the New York Post.
Bryan Stern was on active duty with the United States Army (later transferring to special operations in the US Navy) and was commuting to his duty station at WTC 7 when the attack happened, making him one of the first on the scene to begin rendering aid; afterward, he served several tours overseas taking the fight to the enemy.
He spoke of how the eight individuals entered the country illegally, coming across the welcome mat that President Joe Biden has laid across the border with Mexico. They were detained, but after their criminal background checks came back clean, they were, of course, released into the interior of the country.
Another warning about the danger facing the United States within its borders came from a somewhat surprising source: Attorney General Merrick Garland during testimony before a panel on Judicial Oversight in the House of Representatives on June 4. Responding to a question by Subcommittee Chairman Congressman Tom McClintock (R-CA) about the potential for an attack by terrorists who have snuck into the country, he replied that “the threat level for us has gone up enormously” especially after the October 7 massacre committed by Hamas on unarmed citizens in Israel.
In a September 2023 meeting of the subcommittee on the subject, McClintock took note of the “exponential” rise in encounters with suspected terrorists at the southern border under the Biden administration and pointed to a specific instance of an ISIS operator who smuggled “120 nationals from Uzbekistan, Russia, Georgia, and Chechnya” as a particular concern.
Combining the hatred of America and all it stands for by Islamic fundamentalists with the Biden administration’s intentional failure to enact reasonable border security policies and the recipe for a massive terrorist attack with great loss of life is obvious.
