(RightWing.org) – It’s no secret that the Democrats frequently put their Liberal Agenda above the law, the courts, and the well-being of some of the most vulnerable amongst us: children. Lawfare is not a new term that was coined by former President Donald Trump, although he certainly seems to be a victim of it as it has been wielded by the likes of President Joe Biden and New York County (Manhattan) District Attorney Alvin Bragg.
The first usage of the word lawfare is uncertain, but as far back as 2010, the Case Western University School of Law defined it as “a weapon designed to destroy the enemy by using, misusing, and abusing the legal system and the media in order to raise a public outcry against that enemy.”
The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are now applying it as a cudgel against a doctor and a nurse who had the audacity to become whistleblowers against one of the Progressives’ top-tier Agenda items.
Something Is Rotten in the State of Texas
Investigative Conservative reporter Christopher Rufo published an exclusive whistleblower account that accused Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) of performing “gender-affirming care,” including surgical operations on children as young as 11.
The state’s Attorney General Ken Paxton has repeatedly stated that these types of procedures “constitute child abuse under Texas law” and has begun the process of investigating if any statutes have been violated by doctors at the medical facility.
The whistleblower has since been identified as Dr. Eithan Haim who has now been indicted by the DOJ and is facing a handful of federal charges that could result in up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for alleged violations of patient confidentiality under HIPAA laws.
The physician posted on X (formerly Twitter) his opinion that his dedication to the truth has left him in a position where he feels he must fight back “after experiencing DOJ corruption.”

Vanessa Sivadge is a nurse with TCH who has recently come forward and spoken with Rufo and alleged that the healthcare center has been illegally using Medicaid benefits so that they can offer children sex change operations on the government dime. She also claims that they are pressuring reluctant parents into allowing their children to begin the so-called gender-affirming care by threatening them with the power of the state through Child Protective Services (CPS).
Sivadge also shared video taken with her doorbell security camera which documented her encounter with two FBI agents and told Rufo that they began to threaten her and told her that they could make her life quite miserable.
What do you call it when the people in charge use the full weight of the government to quash not just the voices of political opponents but turn it upon individual citizens? It certainly doesn’t sound like the democracy that Biden and his ilk continually profess to be protecting… while managing to keep a straight face.
